近期我公司发现在国际市场上有冒充雷力公司的拳头产品海藻精粉剂、黄腐酸、氨基酸、腐殖酸的情况发生，一些个体外贸公司即无厂房又无产品检验人员及设备，用外购的不合格产品供应给海外客户，还私刻雷力的质检章向客户出示伪造的雷力质检报告，严重侵害了雷力公司名誉和海外客户的利益，并使海外客户蒙受了经济损失。

现我公司郑重声明：目前我公司未授权任何中国外贸公司代理我公司产品的海外销售，望海外客户直接向我公司采购产品并认准“雷力”商标。对于侵害我公司名誉的不法分子，我公司将追究其法律责任。

Recently we found out some fake Leili Brand flagship products such as Seaweed Extract Powder, Fulvic Acid, Amino Acid and Humic acid in the international market. Some of the individual foreign trade companies which do not possess any factory or workshop nor any related quality inspection staff and equipment have been purchasing unqualified products from other sources and supplying to overseas customers. Even badly, some of them have provided the overseas customers fake Leili Quality Inspection Report or related Certificate using self-engraved counterfeit “Leili Official Seal”. All these acts have severely infringed upon Leili`s reputation and the benefit of overseas customers and consequently brought huge economic loss to overseas customers.

We, Beijing Leili Agrochemistry Co., Ltd. hereby solemnly announce that, up to now, we have never authorized or appointed any Chinese foreign trading company as our agent to sell Leili products to overseas market, we hope all overseas dealers to purchase Leili products directly from us and please identify carefully Leili Trade Mark. We will investigate and affix the legal responsibility against those lawless persons who have made malfeasant doing on us which infringe upon our reputation badly.

We would also like to take this opportunity to make a commitment that we would all along and wholeheartedly serve to all esteemed overseas customers by offering high quality products and excellent services.
